In 2014 Great Britain embarked upon the biggest national infrastructure project of our lifetime: rolling out 53 million smart meters in 30 million homes. Despite this monumental change, hardly anyone cares. Especially not young people. So we created an energy challenge: The Power of 10p and turned energy’s indecipherable language of kilowatts into something everyone could engage with.
